Welcome! Hi, I'm Stephanie. I'm a personal trainer who is passionate about helping runners training for and cross the finish line of their goal race. I believe that strength training makes you a stronger, faster and more efficient runner.  I work with with runners virtually and provide one on one coaching, individualized training plans and strength training plans. I also offer Running Strategy Sessions if you're using a training plan but you're stuck or it's not working for you. Running Strategy Sessions help you get unstuck and get your training back on track.
